We understand that the current situation has presented everyone with similar challenges and we are focused on supporting all your requirements through this difficult period so we can continue to offer you options relating to you and your vehicle needs while ensuring everyone’s health and safety.

Our staff are not permitted to attend work in either our showroom or factory location if they are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of any illness. We also ask our customers to refrain from visiting Evernew if they are feeling unwell for any reason. We are happy to reschedule any appointment as necessary to ensure your safety.
Our team members practice personal distancing and washing of hands regularly as recommended by Federal health authorities. On arrival and departure, customers have the opportunity to freely use available hand cleansers and we ask you to avoid shaking hands or other close contact.
Our customer reception area including rest room facilities and lounge are cleaned and sanitised regularly. Reception seating will have limited capacity with safe boundaries. Display caravans will also be regularly sanitised throughout the day.
All visitors to Evernew Caravans are asked to sign in and out of the showroom and factory with their name and phone number, to help facilitate fast contact tracing should the need arise.
If you wish to remain away from the showroom, we are more than happy to communicate via phone or email regarding Sales or any other enquiries you may have.
All customer vans are wiped clean prior to handover to customers. This process involves sanitisation of commonly accessed exterior and interior hard surfaces; including door handles, bench top surfaces, taps and appliances.
